I’m not reporting the news from my little city, Grand Rapids, MI. I’m making commentary on the news that’s already been reported.

I’ve had more than my share of dealings with the City of Grand Rapids and Grand Rapid’s “Finest.” Without fail I end up contemplating the wisdom of paying taxes to support an entity that never has my best interests at heart. Tomorrow, I’ll repost my article about my encounters with Grand Rapid’s S.W.A.T. team. Please, look for my article, “Paramilitary Police.”

This all transpired less than two miles from my home. Neither myself or any other member of my family were witnesses to the peaceful protest or the destruction that came when the protest broke up. Along with carrying a concealed weapon I practice situational awareness as one means of keeping myself and my family safe. One of the principal tenets of situational awareness is being somewhere else, preferably far away and in your own bed, when trouble erupts.

The Democratic Party also has a set of guidelines it follows religiously. One of the more useful was described by former Chicago mayor, Rahm Emanuel.

Since the China Virus lost some of its momentum a new focus was needed. I hate to consider the possibility that his untimely death was manufactured but George Floyd’s passing has provided that focus and “an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before.”

Grand Rapids locals staged a non-violent protest in response to the death of George Floyd at the hands of the Minneapolis Police Department. When that protest ended, and the protesters dispersed, it appears that ANTIFA members moved in and did what ANTIFA does best. City buildings were vandalized, a number of downtown businesses were broken into and looted, The Grand Rapids Art Museum was damaged and seven police cruisers, five of which were from the neighboring municipality of Wyoming, were burned.

Here’s a comment from the GRPD concerning their perceived lack of presence during the rioting:

To those questioning why police didn’t respond to the unrest more aggressively, Washington said a lot was happening behind the scenes. The city manager said like similar riots in other cities, vandals tried to break into the GRPD headquarters, and it “took a tremendous amount of resources” to hold them at bay.

The city manager said once the headquarters were secured, police started fanning out across the area to try to squelch the violence.

They’ve also explained how they’ll “aggressively” seek the identities of those responsible for the rioting that damaged over 100 businesses in downtown Grand Rapids. They claim they’ll identify the lawbreakers via the photographs and video shot during the disturbance, Saturday night, and they have made “portals” available for witnesses to upload their video and photos.

A curfew from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM was declared for Sunday and Monday nights. Public comments included:

Grand Rapids city leaders say they’ll have “significant” police presence outside Sunday night and will “use every tool available” to prevent more violence.

“This is not the night you want to try it,” Grand Rapids City Manager Mark Washington repeatedly warned potential vandals.

As you can see said comments included the requisite clichés and bravado so necessary when real action is forbidden. If we do nothing else we talk one heck of a ballgame. The curfew order does reveal the consequences for curfew-breaking:

“Violations of the curfew is[sic] subject to arrest and could face misdemeanor penalties of up to 90 days in jail, $500 fine, or both.”

As of this morning GRPD claims to have arrested seven curfew violators which, coincidentally, equals the number of rioters they claim to have arrested the night before. Please note, unlike rioting, vandalism, breaking and entering, grand theft, and the willful destruction of over $150,000.00 worth of taxpayer financed police vehicles, ignoring the mayor’s curfew carries real penalties.

This newest phase of martial law acclimation class has military vehicles in the streets of my little city and others. The National Guard has been activated. It was pointed out, in a local news broadcast, that while local law enforcement could use rubber bullets, bean bags and other non-lethal or less-lethal weapons the National Guard doesn’t have anything like that in their inventory. All their weapons are intended to kill.

I should also report that there were numerous reports of gunfire throughout the night. That fact alarmed some of my friends who live in rural areas. I reminded them that this Grand Rapids, Michigan, Southwest Michigan’s premier Leftist Utopia. Gunfire is commonplace especially after dark. During the warmer months nights without gunfire are the exception.

Conclusions:

· I believe the intent of the participants in the original protest was legitimate at least as far as their peaceful intentions. I do, however, doubt the intent of those who organized the event. I’m not a believer in coincidences. The violence afterward wasn’t accidental so I suspect the original event could be connected.

· I believe the ensuing violence came from outside elements, ANTIFA, that came to Grand Rapids for the sole purpose of exploiting the existing event. Local police alluded to the fact that some of those arrested were not from the Grand Rapids area, but they offered no additional details. I doubt we’ll ever receive any more details than we already have.

· I believe law enforcement was discouraged from doing the job they’re paid to do. That seems to be the fact all over the country. Every city seems to be becoming Portland, Oregon where the police defer to ANTIFA. I’m old-school. I still believe in law and order. Even though the President’s taken a lot of flak for his comment I am in violent agreement with the concept of “when the lootin’ starts… the shootin’ starts.” If you don’t have that attitude you don’t believe in the rule of law. All that’s necessary to live another day is to leave the big-screen TVs, the expensive sneakers, the Gucci handbags, and the bottles of liquor on the shelves where they belong. Otherwise, you take the chance of dying for a pair of Nikes.

· Originally, considering the conclusions above, I would also presume that the people of Grand Rapids were victims of domestic terrorism. I may have been influenced by the President’s comments on declaring ANTIFA domestic terrorists but, after more thought, I lean away from that idea. I believe there’s a much more likely probability.

The final Conclusion:

I don’t like this conclusion very much, but I’ll wager the rest of this year’s grocery budget and my firearms budget, as well, that this is the truth.

In accordance with the Globalist cabal, orders were issued that set this entire violent movement in motion. I hesitate to suggest these orders may have included the murder of Mr. Floyd but I’m not uncomfortable with the notion that the orders were non-specific and allowed for the selection of a “target of opportunity.”

The timing of school shootings, other mass shootings, terrorist attacks on US military installations and other events appear to coincide with a time when the Left can make use of a good distraction or can use an event to push a particular narrative. It’s no secret that the Left has revived the issue of racism since the beginning of the Obama presidency. Lives, black or otherwise, don’t matter to the Left but pushing their initiative does matter.

Lastly, I feel confident suggesting that the orders for this latest generated catastrophe originated in Beijing, the Peoples Republic of China… Red China… Communist China. I believe an undeclared state of war exists between “we the people” and Communist China.

The warning:

China and the Globalists want to see Trump removed from office or at the very least fail in his reelection bid. In recent months, the attack has included the China Virus and now the return to racial oriented violence that hasn’t been seen since the late 1960s. Rest assured these attacks will not stop until Trump is gone and I believe they will do whatever is necessary to make that happen. This game is being played for all the marbles… winner take all.

Prepare yourself for that likelihood. Lay in a supply of food, water, and medications if you can. Secure your home and be prepared to protect yourselves and your belongings. The ride’s going to get a lot bumpier. I wouldn’t be surprised to see a wave two of the China Virus and if we do it may well be an actual weaponized version. I suspect you’ll see changes you never thought possible and I expect them to arrive before Election Day… if Election Day does arrive. Should the President be reelected these disturbances will not end. They’ll intensify beyond anything you previously thought possible.

The Lunatic Left is firmly in control of our once great nation. Conservative leaders have proven that by their silence in regard to their stance or lack thereof. At the same time the Leftists have proven that they can’t, or they won’t, keep you well or keep you safe yet they still dictate the narrative and control the events, seemingly with the consent of their constituents.

Our complacency and our acceptance of the path of least resistance has turned out precisely the way many of us knew it would. We may still have a chance to take our nation back, but we will need to change our way of thinking in the most radical ways possible. To those of you who’ve spent years saying loudly and frequently, “It can’t happen here,” please, look your children and grandchildren square in the eyes and tell them you believe that more than you believe they deserve a future free of Leftist lunacy. You may as well… you’ve already proven it to them. It can happen here… and it did.

Since I first saw it I’ve considered this to be the most ill-conceived and dangerous meme I’ve ever seen. Back in March of 2019 U.S. Representative Steve King, R-IA, 4^th District, posted it on facebook. If you ignore the fact that it under-estimates our enemy’s capabilities and over-inflates those of the Right it’s almost amusing. The problem is that too many, on the Right, took it as fact.

While the smoke’s clearing it appears ANTIFA gave a good showing of itself and it’s the Right with something warm running down their collective legs.
